Summary of Experience
Mr. Corless is the Firm's lead trial counsel. He brings extensive jury trial experience in numerous areas, including matters relating to complex commercial litigation, family law, bodily injury, advertising injury, and products liability. Mr. Corless is recognized as one of the leading insurance litigation attorneys in Florida, having represented most of Florida's largest property insurers in over 1,000 first-party property insurance disputes, including perils associated with sinkhole, windstorm, fire, and blasting activities.

Mr. Corless has authored and presented lectures throughout the United States on a wide variety of topics including Insurance Coverage, Deposing Complex Expert Witnesses, Risk Management, and First-Party Litigation.

Summary of Experience
Ms. Lamoureux has extensive experience in the areas of first and third-party insurance defense. Upon graduating from Yale University, Ms. Lamoureux earned her law degree from Fordham University School of Law. Holding licenses to practice law in Florida, Connecticut, New York and Texas, she has dedicated over 20 years of her legal practice litigating countless disputes in these various states in the areas of products liability, construction litigation, insurance coverage, bankruptcy, first-party insurance defense and third-party insurance defense. Ms. Lamoureux also handles all aspects of settlements made on behalf of minors with insurance company clients, and she has varied appellate experience. Summary of Experience
Mr. Dombrosky brings a vast range of litigation experience to the firm relating to personal injury defense, premises and product liability, wrongful death, construction law and contract law with a great deal of experience relating to first and third-party liability and coverage. Mr. Dombrosky has served in the role of National Litigation Manager and Claims Representative for one of the largest automotive indemnity companies. His experience working in-house supervising claims representatives, staff counsel, and panel counsel provides Mr. Dombrosky with valuable knowledge relating to his clients' needs. Importantly, Mr. Dombrosky recognizes the importance of an immediate evaluation of a claim and he possesses the experience to set the case on a course for swift resolution.

Mr. Dombrosky brings his tenacity, as a former college offensive lineman and former Assistant District Attorney for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, to his civil litigation matters.
